Refund Policy

Grantfield Advisors aims to provide high-quality consulting services. Due to the nature of customized professional services, refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered.

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel scheduled consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice with no charge.

• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

 

Refund Requests

Refunds are considered only in cases where:

• Services were paid but never delivered due to consultant availability

• A billing error occurred
